The Family Impact Statement is another way to make representation to the Judge.

SHARP has developed a format to bring the family comments together and compile them in a constructive document to present to the Judge prior to sentencing.  We have witnessed many family relationships benefit by carrying out the exercise together and realising the impact of what is happening to each person concerned.
